Returns will not be accepted, as all of our items are personalized for you. Once the custom design is approved and being handmade, it cannot be cancelled. Please be sure that the information you provided on the order is correct. A mock up of the design is sent to you for approval, once reviewed and approved by you the customer the design is then submitted and the sale is FINAL.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for any damages that occur during the care or your items such as washing or wear.
