SHIPPING

After your payment is received, a mock up of any personalization is sent to you by email. Please review this email, and reply with your approval or any changes that need to be made. Of course many changes will delay the production times.
Average shipping times are 4-6 weeks to create your handmade products, plus the time to ship to you. We use Canada Post for our shipments. Please be sure to have the correct shipping address on the order. If the package is sent to the wrong address, it will be the customers expense to replace and have the item re-shipped. 

LOST PACKAGES & DELIVERY
If your package gets lost in transit, or is not delivered, a claim will be opened with Canada Post. We do recommend you call Canada Post as soon as you can to start the process. We do know how disappointing this can be, but in most cases Canada Post usually has more knowledge as where the package may be. If they cannot track down your package, a claim will be opened and your response to their questions will help speed up the process. 

If Canada Post has marked your package lost or misplaced, we will send a replacement to you.

We are not responsible for any theft or packages stolen after the delivery is made. Please be sure to check updates on your status and delivery to be mindful of when your package will be arriving.
